Freedom's Call Tattoo Wright Patterson AFB

Dayton, OH June 29, 2007

The Wright Patterson Air Base Fredoom's Call Tattoo is not an airshow per se. There are no static displays. The numerous fly-bys are fairly high, and the planes make only one or two passes. However, one gets to see planes from the Wright B Flyer to the F-22, to the monster C-5 Galaxy, the largest plane in the Air Force inventory, as well as dozens in between. We saw the oldest and the newest! Add to that, plenty of music including the Air Force Band of Flight, pyrotechnics when the B-25 flew by, and a spectacular fireworks show, and you have a guaranteed great time for young and old alike!
