| Even though this is a small community
airshow they do bring out a variety of participants. The kids are always
thrilled with the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters and especially Neal Darnell
with the Flash Truck. Delta ship 610 which is dedicated to the cure for Breast Cancer came in for several passes for the crowd. Peachtree City houses the majority of the Delta pilots, so this is always a treat to see. Ted Turner's plane made a few passes by the crowd which his signature Buffalo emblem on the tail followed close behind by Pat Epps from Epps Aviation (a legend in the aviation world). The most exciting part was the F/A-18C from VFA-106 with lots of noise & vapor for the crowd. |
